Northwest Forest Pass
- Pass: Northwest Forest Pass
- Available to: Anyone
- Covers: The Pacific Northwest Region of the US Forest Service (contains 17 National Forests, two National Scenic Areas, a National Grassland, and two National Volcanic Monuments, all within the States of Oregon and Washington).
- Valid for: 12 months
- Price: $30, plus $10 processing fee with each order.

- Selection: I am 62 years of age or older and a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Pass: Both the Senior Annual Pass and Senior Lifetime Pass
- Available to: U.S citizens or permanent residents age 62 or older
- Valid for: 12 months for Senior Annual Pass, Lifetime of passholder for the Senior Lifetime Pass
- Price: $20 for the Senior Annual Pass, plus $10 processing fee. $80 for the Senior Lifetime Pass, plus $10 processing fee.
- Discounts: May entitle passholder to some discounts such as camping. Inquire locally.

- Selection: I have a medically-determined permanent disability that limits one or more major life activities and I am a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Pass: Access Pass
- Available to: U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the United States that have been medically determined to have a permanent disability (does not have to be 100% disability)
- Valid for: Lifetime of passholder
- Price: Free, plus $10 processing fee with each order.
- Discounts: May entitle passholder to some discounts such as camping. Inquire locally.
